About Me.

Hi there! I’m Hehmi Frederick—a devoted wife, mom, and problem solver. I’m passionate about helping people find more efficiency, value, and, most importantly, space for genuine connections in their lives through helping to facilitate work-life balance.

Starting this business has been a journey shaped by many diverse roles and experiences throughout my life. I spent over 10 years in the equestrian industry, where I founded my own equine sales business, Courage Sport Horses, LLC. I also worked in the finance industry for four years, taking on various roles including marketing, client relations, operations, insurance sales, and stock market trading. Most recently, I served as the Director of Operations and Global Client Relations for a small business in Minnesota, specializing in holistic life and relationship management for the ultra-wealthy and elite across the country.

I know—it's a varied path! Despite these diverse experiences, each role has inspired and guided me to create a service that truly makes a difference in the lives of small business owners, fostering efficiency and providing support where it is needed most.

Common Questions

Do I have to sign up for a certain period of time?

How do you track your hours?

Not at all! My services are month to month and you can cancel at anytime with a 30-day notice. No long term contracts required. 

I use a software called ATracker, that allows me to track each second of each clients work to a T. So you're only paying for the exact amount of time I spend on YOU!

How does this work if you go on vacation, maternity, etc.?

I will give each client a heads up if I will need maternity time off and we will simply skip the month, no cost to you, and resume the following month. Since the nature of this work is quite flexible and I have a lot of help, one 'skip month' is plenty of time for maternity for me. I stay working during travel most the times, but if a proper vacation week is needed, I will simply make up the hours you paid for during the other 3 weeks of the month. 

What if I don't use all my hours one month?

Unused hours from the previous month, do not rollover to the next month. Part of my job is staying in constant communication with you, so all your allocated and purchased hours for that month get used. 

For example, sending you a text that says, "Hey! It's October 20th and you've only used 20 out of the 40 hours you've purchased for the month. Is there any additional work I can take on so we can ensure you don't have any leftover hours by the end of the month?"

Straight Forward Process

How we get started...

Once you have decided to move forward with a specific program, we will set up your Discovery Session. This is a 60-90 minute in person meeting, that will dive deep into what you're needing, how your company is structured, and what I will be doing on the day to day. I will also gather any login information for your systems if need be, so that remains secure.

Every month, we will have a meeting to discuss program, performance, and make sure we're on track for success! We can talk about upgrading or downgrading your program here as well, to best fit your company's needs.

Once we agree on tasks, expectations, and have picked the program best suited towards your needs, I will send you a short service agreement to sign and I will process the initial payment via Venmo or check. Then we're rocking and rolling! If additional training needs to take place with your team in your systems, we will do that over Zoom.

If you ever would like to stop using our services, you can cancel at any point, with a 30-day notice. You can also start and stop and start again, if you have busy seasons, have an employee out on leave, etc.
